These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of Zen products and services. By placing an order, you as the customer agree to these policies.

1. Introduction & Definitions

This agreement is between Zen (the seller) and the customer (the buyer).

Products include all handcrafted and custom-made 18K gold jewelry.

2. Purchase & Use of Products

  • All Zen products are designed exclusively for personal use and may not be resold without prior approval.
  • Customers must provide accurate details (full name, national ID, address, and phone number) when placing an order.
  • The customer is responsible for proper use of the product after delivery.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Product prices are calculated based on the daily gold rate, craftsmanship fees, and defined profit margins.
  • Full payment must be made prior to shipping.
  • If the gold rate changes after the order is placed, the final order price will remain fixed.

4. Ownership & Authenticity

  • All products are delivered with an official invoice and workshop code.
  • Customers are not permitted to alter, reproduce, or replicate Zen designs without written permission.
  • Zen retains all intellectual property rights over its exclusive designs and models.

5. Return Policy

  • Due to the unique nature of gold, returns are not accepted.
  • Exchanges will only be processed if the product does not match the order or if a shipping error occurs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within a few hours to 1 business day.
  • Custom or made-to-order designs require 7–14 business days.
  • Zen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, issues will first be addressed through Zen customer support and direct negotiation.
  • If no agreement is reached, the matter will be governed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

8. Termination

  • Zen reserves the right to suspend services in case of customer violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding financial obligations must be settled by the customer.

9. Entire Agreement & Amendments

  • This document constitutes the full agreement between Zen and the customer.
  • Any updates or changes to these terms will be communicated via the Zen website.
